Jeff Miller directs the off-Broadway hit,
Freud’s Last Session, for Homecoming audiences September 26 through 29. The play is an imagined conversation between the legendary psychoanalyst of the title and his guest, a rising young Oxford don named C. S. Lewis, on the day England enters World War II and just weeks before Freud takes his own life. Freud and Lewis clash about love, sex, the existence of God and the meaning of life in this deeply touching play filled with humor and wit, exploring the mind, heart and soul of two brilliant men who come at the greatest questions of all time from very different perspectives.
